COVID – 19 UPDATE – PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE FOR ANY MEDICAL NEED

During these difficult times, we at Heritage Family Practice are working to serve you. We are making adjustments to keep you safe.

We are now offering morning appointments only for those patients with no symptoms. Absolutely no symptoms will be allowed in the office at this time. In addition, our staff will be wearing masks for your protection. No one on our staff is allowed in the office if they are sick. However, in order to further reduce risk to you, we will be wearing masks during our no symptom hours. At check-in, no sign-in will be needed. Just identify yourself through the window and we will get you directly to an exam room, no sitting in our waiting room. Our office is being cleaned and sanitized throughout the day.

We will continue to screen patients thoroughly and offer appointments to those patients that need to be seen. Afternoon appointments are available for patients with non-COVID -19 symptoms. Patients with suspected COVID-19 will not be allowed in the office under any circumstances.
Please call our office with any health concerns. We will work with you to determine the best way to serve your needs. We are now offering telemedicine visits for all your medical needs with the exception of annual physicals and wellness visits. We can help screen you for symptoms and help arrange testing for COVID-19 if that’s what you need.
